After New York, La Dauphine flew to California in order to meet journalists and potential customers/distributors.
It started in San Francisco with a presentation of Château de La Dauphine with different vintages during 2 masterclasses : one to the North American Sommelier Association at the Press Club and the other one to the UC Berkeley’s wine club. Great times to share and explain our work !
Still in San Francisco, a press luncheon was organized at Taj Campton Place :a two-stars Michelin restaurant were 10 journalists enjoyed a food and wine pairings. A great way to highlight the wine like Château de La Dauphine 04 paired with a delicious wildmushroom velouté. What a treat ! The guests were also very interested about our organic and biodynamic philosophy. An article is to read here.
The trips continued in Los Angeles in order to meet the biggest importers/disributors of the area. A great success as vintages 2010, 2012 and 2014 are now available in California.
