A fine and rare Bordeaux white, offering notes of yellow fruits with undertones of brioche.




Traditional ploughing, leaf removal on one side.
Green harvests, manual harvests.
Pneumatic pressing with separation of the musts.
Concrete and steel temperature-controlled vats.
Fermentation at 18°C
Maturing in oak barrels (50% new): 6 months

The first vintage of Blanc de La Dauphine, is a very aromatic wine, offering notes of citrus, yellow fruit and lychee, with undertones of brioche. Pleasantly lively and full-bodied on the palate, with hints of toast and good aromatic length.

Château de La Dauphine Blanc 2020

Expressive with notes of citrus zest and lime. on aeration, subtle notes of brioche and spices emerge. The palate is fresh and well-balanced. Chalky mineral notes are interspersed with notes of toasted almondes and hazelnuts.
