The soil, composing our vineyard,  plays a complex role in viticulture.

In line with our organic and biodynamic approach, we decided to consult Lydia and Claude Bourguignon, agricultural engineers (ecological agriculture) in order to study the different soils composing our terroir. They are extracting samples of soil and will run analysis after that they will tell us how to adapt our workd depending on what they found. The goal being to take advantage of the richness of our soils in order to produce the best wine while being in harmony with the terroir. Exciting but a long process that will force us to change some our habits.
