VIN
Château de La Dauphine Blanc
The first vintage of Blanc de La Dauphine.
A fine and rare Bordeaux white, offering notes of yellow fruits with undertones of brioche.
Château de La Dauphine, a story of women and emotions.
This exceptional Bordeaux wine with its Tuscan landscapes has been in the hands of Stéphanie Barousse for almost 10 years.
This 66-hectare jewel of biodiversity (organic & biodynamic) is located in the heart of the Fronsadais region, on an exceptional terroir of limestone plateaux.
A rarity in the Fronsac appellation, Château de La Dauphine Blanc is produced from Sauvignon and Semillon grapes. Its freshness and minerality seduce, revealing refined aromas of citrus fruit, white-fleshed fruit and white flowers. Elegant and well-balanced on the palate, ideal with seafood, fish and light dishes. A rare and authentic wine, reflecting the expertise of the estate.
The estate dates back to 1750, and shares a royal history with the Château de Versailles that has been perpetuated over the years.
Its name? The arrival of Marie-Josèphe de Saxe, mother of Louis XVI and Dauphine of France.
