Delphis de La Dauphine


A full-flavoured, generous wine for everyday drinking.
Produced from the vines in the enclos (walled vineyard) this immediately accessible wine is aged for 12 months in French oak barrels with 10% renewed each year.




Traditional ploughing, leaf removal on one side.
Green harvests, manual and mechanical harvests.
Double sorting before and after destemming.
Concrete temperature-controlled vats.

This first vintage of Delphis de La Dauphine has a deep brick-red colour. Slightly evolved on the nose with a hint of wild cherries. A well-balanced, medium-bodied wine, mellow on the palate with fruit and raisin flavours.

Deep ruby red with a nice sparkle. Very elegant on the nose, with sun-ripened red fruits like raspberry, seasoned with a touch of pepper. The same goes for the palate.
with bramble and red currant, in short a good aromatic intensity.
This well-structured wine lives up to the reputation of the famous 2009 vintage.

Deep ruby red colour. Clean on the nose with fruit and spice. Velvety on the palate, even satiny, the ripe and fresh tannins give great intensity.
Very long on the finish, this 2010 is just as complex and delicious as one would expect from this vintage.

Deep crimson-purple colour. The initial nose is very fresh, with voluptuous notes of strawberry jam. The secondary bouquet develops a more liquoricey character. The attack is lively and supple, with fine tannins. The freshness and hint of liquorice make a pleasant return on the palate.

Beautiful presentation. Deep red color with purple reflections. Expressive nose with notes of blackberry and blackcurrant. When aired, the wine expresses aromas of sweet spices and vanilla. The mouth is well balanced with a soft and suave matter. The finish is silky and greedy with a very nice length.

2021 has a dark red color with carmine highlights. On the nose, the wine exhales scents of rosewood, violet, blackcurrant and blackberry. On aeration, it reveals more mentholated notes. Tender and easy on the palate. The texture is delicate, with Delphis always easy to taste. The pleasure is immediate and comforting.
