A harmonious, generous wine, characterized, like Château de La Dauphine itself, by elegance and complexity.
Produced with the vines that grow on the hillsides, this wine is aged for 12 months in French oak barrels with 30% renewed each year, and has a substantial capacity to improve further with age.

A deep scarlet red colour. Developed on the nose with elegant aromas of undergrowth and fresh truffle.
Full and mellow on the palate, with well-integrated silky tannins and very good extract. A pleasant freshness on the finish, with a hint of liquorice. A well-balanced, fully developed wine with all the elegance and complexity expected of Château de La Dauphine.

A brilliant scarlet red colour. Aromatic, subtle and spicy on the nose, with aromas of cinnamon and gingerbread.
Still full and mellow on the palate with well-integrated velvety tannins. A touch of acidity on the finish and hints of cedar. The wine is fully developed and well balanced, full of elegance.

Château de La Dauphine 2003


Deep scarlet colour with brick-red reflections. Fruity aromas of wild cherries in Kirsch on the open and elegant nose.
Full on the palate, very soft and fleshy. Chewy, but the tannins are well integrated with good mouthfeel and hints of cigar.
The finish is also fine, with good length thanks to the tannins. A rich and complex wine.

A deep ruby red colour, which contrasts with the subtle nose with hints of cedar and white pepper. Silky and full on the palate with fine and well-balanced tannins.
A long finish, also with some woody notes. A well-balanced wine of great delicacy.

A ruby red wine, expressive on the nose which combines strawberry and aniseed. Softly sweet and fresh.
Opulent on the palate with good structure. Hints of truffle and dark chocolate on the finish.
A young wine, but very complex and with a good life ahead of it.

The ruby red colour is less deep than the 2005. Subtle and understated on the nose, with toasty aromas and hints of leather and grilled almonds.
Round and supple, fresh on the palate with cocoa flavours and cigar box on the finish. A fully developed wine.

Bright colour, tending towards ruby. Expressive nose, with an elegant marriage of fruit and redcurrant, flowers and roses.

Clear and deep ruby red colour. Rich on the nose with acacia blossom combined with incense and mineral notes, such as pencil lead..
Open on the palate with very delicate tannins and aromas of tobacco and roasted coffee. This faultless wine is a classic Bordeaux.

Deep color with purple reflections. Exuberant nose of black fruits: black cherries, blackberries and blackcurrants. When aired, notes of licorice and violet give a lot of complexity to the whole. The mouth is opulent with a smooth and creamy texture. The freshness of the mid-palate gives energy to this blend. We find the fruit notes that last a long time in the mouth.

Château de La Dauphine 2021


Beautiful wine with a deep, brilliant violet color. The nose is expressive and highly aromatic, with notes of “crème de cassis”, red plum jam, and Morello cherry. On aeration, the nose reveals more floral notes of peony and acacia, as well as toast and grilled almonds. The palate is well-balanced, with good concentration. The 2021's tannic structure is creamy, smooth, and balanced with a lovely acidity derived from the Dauphine limestone terroir. The finish is long and delicious! We return to the fruity aromatic bouquet that this wine offers on the nose.
