Then a focus on the vineyard<\/strong>, a know-how that dates back from the ancient times. Out of the estate, you will head to our fishing hut named \u00abcarrelet\u00bb,<\/strong> typical from the region and you will understand the how the river was important for wine and men. If the tide is high, Eric will show you how to fish with this big and special fish net After that, you will visit our<\/strong> truffle orchard<\/strong>, developed when phylloxera touched Bordeaux vines. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We then return to La Dauphine, for a hilltop tasting<\/strong> of three wines accompanied by various regional specialities<\/strong>, such as lamprey rillettes, truffle butter dried duck breast, Basque sheep\u2019s milk cheese, Bordeaux\u2019s cannel\u00e9 pastries, and a panoramic view!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
